We recently stayed at a cozy hotel in a beautiful countryside location, where we enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast with fresh bread and a variety of spreads. Our room had a comfortable balcony with stunning sunrise views over the river. the furniture and cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations and made us feel right at home.
While the hotel could be reached by bike, there weren't any villages nearby for a convenient dining option.

Great continental breakfast and picturesque rural view from the balcony. Convenient location along the Elbe cycle route. Had a lovely time with my partner!
The hotel doesn't accept credit/eftpos services, which was difficult for us as we didn't bring enough cash. The hotel is also quite far from any nearby villages, so be prepared with extra money and supplies if you're on a bike trip.

Clean rooms with balcony and lovely rural view. On the Elbe cycle route. Good continental breakfast is included. Convenient storage for bicycles and bags. Great breakfast selection. Comfortable and cute accommodations. Friendly staff. Snack provided in the evening.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at a cozy spot in Wendland. The fresh air coming from Elbe River was just amazing! The best aspects of our stay were the delicious breakfast selection and the great view from the balcony. The location was also key, being just next to the river and perfect for a morning walk. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the rooms, which were both comfortable and well-furnished.
The noise from neighboring rooms. Despite this, we still had a great time and enjoyed the comforts of the hotel. It would have also been helpful for the staff to have more language skills and to offer help with finding nearby restaurants that were open during the holidays. it was a lovely Christmas stay at a fantastic location.

We loved the clean and cozy rooms with a balcony overlooking a picturesque rural view. The continental breakfast was delicious and included in the price. The hotel staff was accommodating and stored our bicycles and bags in their small garage.
